The service request agreement is a document that defines the terms of the contract and the usage agreement between WEB Craft and the client (who requests one of our services)
By requesting any of our services, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully

The general rules of use
The terms stated in the document aim to regulate the service provided materially and morally, in order to provide the best level of service to our customers

WEB Craft reserves the right to change any and/or all of the paragraphs in this document without the obligation to notify the client

You should carefully read the document before requesting any of WEB Craft’s services

The provision of the service by us primarily depends on your full agreement to what is stated in the document, and your request for one of our services or products constitutes your agreement to everything stated in this agreement.

You must pay 100% of the cost of the required service in advance to start it (which would be less than 100 US dollars).

You must pay 50% of the cost of the required service in advance to start it (which would be more than 100 US dollars), 25% of the amount during the project work, and the remaining 25% of the project value upon completion of the project.

WEB Craft bears no responsibility for any misuse of its service by any client.

The client is only dealt with through his data registered with us or through his account on the WEB Craft site.

The client has the right to request only two modifications to the required service, provided that these modifications do not lead to structural changes in the provided service (the discretionary authority for these modifications returns to WEB Craft only). Otherwise, this modification is considered a request for a new service, the cost of which is borne by the client.

The intellectual property of the project is transferred to the service requester as soon as the payment process is completed, with WEB Craft retaining the right to display this work in its gallery.

Not receiving the required service for more than 3 months, which deprives the client of his right to request any modifications or special requests for the service.
